The following are things that some people have indicated they would like to see in the SMH addon. This list is not in a priority order and nothing on the list is guaranteed to be implemented. However, if many people indicate that a feature is a good idea, its chances of being implemented increase.

• Have the mini map button use right click to show a list of profiles to which one can switch
• Have the ability to black list specific recipients based on various failure reasons (like out of range)
• Have an option to have specific addon messages not sent (like "No one to heal")
• Support Brilliant Mana Oil [if anyone knows whether a buff appears on the player, and what its title is, please contact me]
• Have an "out of combat" healing mode that uses a different healing algorithm
• Implement a smart Swiftmend system for druids
• Verify what exactly happens when under the effect of Ascendance [if anyone can tell me what the tooltip says after each cast during its duration, please contact me -- ** I think I have this understood now **]
